Great 5 man game today.  Some homers, acrobatic catches, and yeah, some K's.

Kevin drove the farthest to get to the field.  Milwaukee. Seriously, in the car at 4:30 AM  Steve, John (winning score) Kyle, and Kevin.

The Field is looking Great!  Hope you can make it!!

Opening Day 2016

HCF kicked off the season with neighbor families taking the field.  It was quickly apparent that all the kids have progressed from last season.  Thanks to Lily, Mia, Max, and Jack for being part of the action.

Max swings....way back and gone!

What can you say about Lily?  She's got talent!

These two are a bit raw....but scouts say they have some potential.  That's Mia yelling, 'hit it to me'!

Opening Day?

Looking at May 21, 10:00 AM.  If you did not receive the email on this it means I don't have a record of your current email address.  If you'd like to be included on the emails let me know.

I'll confirm this date/time once I have enough players.

2016 Wiffleball

Honeycreek Field will open soon for the 2016 season.  I'm getting ready to begin work in the field.  I have some ambitious ideas that I hope will translate to an even better playing/viewing experience.

I'm looking for an optimum time that players have available to play.  I'm considering  Saturday 11:00 AM and a Sunday 4:00 PM time slots.  Let me know how this works.

If you are interested in playing email me at stevembakes@gmail.com
I will not be using the A2 meet up site.  So, this is the site for all information.

Kids Day will be on the schedule for 2nd year.  Date TBD.

9-22-15 - Season Over

See you in 2016.

9-15 Game

Home Team wins!

Sean and Devin Brodie brought along a great group including their mom, Suzette (not pictured...left early to make pizza for the players), who knows a thing or two about wiffle ball.  Regular wiffler Abe...our own version of star power....brought Amanda and their dog to the field.  No shortage of  star players in this group...no question.  We had homers, diving catches in the field, a few disputed calls (friendly ones, ha ha), and a fly ball headed for the rose (a free pizza) was snatched out of the air for an out.  No pizza for that batter.

Sean swings...and.....(sorry, man, was hoping you'd connect)

John hurls one of his fast array of pitches.

A shot of the field before the game.  Special thanks to Claire Brodie for her work in the field this summer.
