Well, we got 2 innings in before the rains came and come they did! Almost 3.5" in the water-meter located by the bakehouse in the past 24 hours. Here are a few pics from Monday's activity including my artist/wife Susan who painted our scoreboard and below is putting the finishing touches on the new Field Sign.

The game ended in a 1-1 tie. Visiting from California Scott Waldon in his first AB in, we'll just say a long time, didn't hit a home run but he did comment to me that his pitching stats on next years bubblegum card would display a 0.00 ERA. We want you next year, Scott!

The 1:30 Report had hard rain. Note: The field drains real well so even if it rains earlier in the day check the blog for field condition. But, it doesn't look good at 1:30 PM. Check around 5:00 PM for final word.
